Asking for opinions on projected 5K time

I'm a 15 year old seasoned runner, but I've recently had gone leap and bounds time wise. My mile is down to 5:23 (this wasn't done on a track) and I have a personal trainer that has been helping me build speed and speed endurance. Considering this time and that I have good endurance, what is a logical assumption for my 5K race time to be this weekend? What is a goal I should set? The race is a flat course. If you need me to mention any other P.R's, training, or previous races, let me know.
