Quick app question

I'm heading out shortly for my first day.  I haven't really played with the app, so this may be an obvious question, but can you repeat individual days?  LIke if I start but have to quick part way through?  Or more likely that I want to add a fourth or fifth day to a particular week without advancing the work out calendar?
