Young Athlete Sports Conditioning Workshop Sat Aug 23rd 2014

Increase your young athletes overall sports performance and improve his/her cardiovascular system while they exercise and condition.


The 1-hour 20-minute Sports Conditioning Workshop is designed to improve speed, quickness, agility, and stamina.  Each week the camp will focus on different speed & agility exercises. Workshop #1-Speed & Agility / Functional Fitness Circuit


The Sports Conditioning Workshops will consist of the following:

  • Dynamic warm-up & proper running technique
  • Agility drills using cones, ladders & hurdles
  • Cross fitness training with focus on core strength /conditioning using body weight, medicine balls & resistance bands
  • Sprint / running conditioning
  • Injury prevention & proper stretching



This Sports Conditioning Workshop is open to athletes ages 12-18 and will be held on Sat August 23rd@8:30am in Whittier, CA.   *High School Players, All-Stars / Club Teams / Travel Ball Players welcomed*
