See Mommy Run

There's a great website to locate Moms in your area who are also runners and kids are welcome to runs:

If there's not a group in your area, you can start one yourself. I just started one in Delaware County, PA and it's been a great resource for meeting other runners in the area. I just thought I'd post the information in case anyone was interested. And if there are any Moms from Delaware County, PA, come and join us!

I just wanted to write an update for this post in case there were any other interested Moms out there. I moved from PA to VA and started another group of See Mommy Run here. It's an awesome way to meet other running Moms and I've been part of this group for over a year now. It's been such a great resource and it's been a ton of fun. It's hard to get out running with a little one sometimes and this group offers the support needed. Anyway, just my .02. Good luck to any running Moms getting out there and exercising!
