Allergies and training

I take over the counter medicine for allergies and I am not sure if I should continue with my training plan or wait till the running nose goes away. Any advice from anybody. I do feel a little tired with the medication but I can still train.

Ahh yes the joy of spring! Unless it effects your ability to breath I would try and keep up with the training. Just hang in there, it'll be over before you know it.

I was going to ask the same question. What can you take wiht the least effect on performance? I usually don't take anything until after I work out, which is when the nose and eyes really start bothering me.

Re: Allergies and training
i suffered for years with allergies, and have used every product out there and more... singulair has worked best for me...does not make me tired, and has not affected my training the least bit for over 3 years now...don't want to sound like the commercial, but 'see your doctor'.
