Any downriver Detroit runners?

Any runners downriver. I live in Grosse Ile.

Hey Rugby 1.. I live on Grosse Ile too. Do you ever run with the Island Road Runners.I occasionally hook up with them.

Kev43- I have thought about running with the road runners but usually I'm busy when they run on Saturday mornings.

I live on Meridian across from Westshore. Where do you live?

Are you going to run on the Allen Park 8k or the Simms 5K?

Hey Rugby
I am in the Parlane area between macomb and G.I. Parkway.
I was out of town for the Allen Park run and the Sims run ,I usually help out. My next one might either be the run thru hell or Crim.

Grosse Ile is a nice place for a run, but not so much when you have to get on or off it. I've only been there twice -- both times for the Memorial Day run -- and set my 5-mile PR there just this May.
