5 miles on the treadmill, 1% incline, at 8:40 mile pace.

I tried to run faster but left leg pain caused me to slow down. The bottom line is, I finished the run.

Well... not unless the same thing happened over in UK that happened at various parts around the U.S. a few years ago. My dad sent me that as a "local interest" news article from somewhere (I thought he said California...) several years ago. DH said he's heard it before too. But it's still really really funny...

Seemomgo! Looking forward to it. I checked the Denver weather today and thought... Hmmmm, lunch might be a good idea! Then I checked the Olympia forecast for Sunday and thought, hmmmm, shopping in Seattle might be a good idea! Then I hear it's going to be -15 to -25 HERE this weekend (and next week) and I thought "I can't wait to go!!" We leave tonight at 1:30 a.m., the true definition of a "red-eye flight".

Might stop by the gym for a couple miles on the treadmill, might just blow it off. Haven't packed yet, at all. Behind on all fronts, as usual.

As the day goes on and the site continues to work . . . I feel badder and badder for not running.   Badder is a word isn't it??
