The best music to run to, all things considered, are podcasts designed specifically for running. They keep consistant BPM (beats per minute) to get you motivated energized and stay on pace. I just added a new one to my running list......Someone To Love....from the Blues Brothers movie.....has a good beat for running and is fun/funny as they welcome the Illinois Law Enforcement Community to the concert...

Anything upbeat really, but my all time favorite for now is Gnarls Barkley, Gone baby gone... It's perfect with my pace and when I hear I get so much extra energy!

I'm going to try the special podcasts though, since I really notice I'm getting an extra spark!
