Rest day Mon. 5.5 mile training run today with Norm my Pooch.
A very hot ant sweaty run. High temp. and high humidity have been the order of the day in Southeast Michigan.

Just a three mile woalk on Monday.
Tuesday..planned 6 miler but only completed 5 miles. It was just too hot out there.
No need to kill myself when I am not training for anything specific right now.

Monday: 5.5 mile easy bike ride
Tuesday: 3 mile run
mon- travel 20 hrs Indiana to Waikiki
tues - 1hr bike on a hotel bike (yuk)
