Workouts for July 8.9.10, and 11.

July 8=  No running.  Split 2 cords of wood through.

July 9= 3.5 mile traing run. I ran this one in the early evening and seemed to run faster than my normal early morning pace. Maybe I went faster because I ran a little shorter than I'm used to.

July 10= 0.0 miles/rest day

July 11= 5.5 miles with Norm my Pooch.
