is the upgrade done now?

So - is this it? Is the "upgrade" from collrunning to active complete now?

The new log is not as easy to use. Are there any plans to use a system that is similara to what was in place before the "upgrade?'

Hi John,
We are working on improving things based on the feedback we have received from CR users. We realize the Active Trainer isn't what you were using before, but we have several upgrades scheduled and will continue to improve Active Trainer, as well as other areas of the site. Any and all feedback is helpful to us though so please continue to tell us your ideas and suggestions. Thanks for being patient John.

"We are working on improving things based on the feedback we have received from CR users"

Active Sara that is a lie. If you listened to users you would bring back the old coolrunning log.

The primary complaint of hundreds of users is that the new log is unusable YET not once has Active.com/ActiveTrainer responded to this point.

Active has already lost hundreds if not thousands of users because of this. Most of them dont even check this forum any longer they are so disgusted w/ the transition.

Blah blah feedback..we've given you feedback and Active has not yet to respond to the real issue.

Re: is the upgrade done now?
Lee,

I don't think it is as easy as just turning the old log back on. User logins have been transitioned and you have a new login now. Anyone that has joined since the transition would not have an account on the legacy system and it would create a big mess. Further more I would not be surprised if the old servers have been not only decommissioned but taken off the books and made surplus (discarded). Arguments about this system has gone on since the beginning of the transition and will continue. Working in IT myself I just don't think it is as easy as turning a computer on.

Re: is the upgrade done now?

How about putting it all back the way it was? This new log is so bad, it seems like it could have only been purposely designed to be a ridiculus disaster. Not only is the active trainer not easy to use, it is a far cry from what we had with coolrunning! To call this an "improvement" is an insult to all the users who have been using coolrunning for years. Im ****** off that you took something so well desgined and simple and ruined it. Im thinking of a boycott of all active products and services until you put cool running back together again. How could you be so stupid?
