My guess would be like 3 times a week. I know lean protein like chicken is much healthier for the body, but I do enjoy my red meat. I try to think of it as more of a treat then anything else. Have you tried turkey products as a substitute?
I think 3 times a week sounds pretty good too. I have tried several turkey products and have found myself actually enjoying turkey burgers more than hamburgers. Never though I would say that! So far I have made burgers and a taco salad using ground turkey. Does anyone have any other meals they would suggest?
