Why isn't Cincinnati St. Xavier Ranked #1 - They have the highest "Nat'l PR" Rating

St. Xavier (Cincinnati, OH) had a rating of 99.90, yet for some reason they don't appear on your ratings. Is there a glitch in your system? They should be #1 based on the "Nat'l PR".
