Open: 2:55:00 and 1:23:00
40+: 3:10:00 and 1:30:00
50+: 3:30:00 and 1:40:00
60+: 3:45:00 and 1:48:00
Women:
Open: 3:23:00 and 1:37:00
40+: 3:38:00 and 1:44:00
50+: 3:52:00 and 1:50:00
60+: 4:13:00 and 2:00:30
No. The lottery is open to all. This is for automatic entry into the race. If you run one of these times, you're in. There are several other ways of getting guaranteed entry, such as running 9 NYRR races in 2007. They're listed on th website.

I used the half-marathon standard (50+) to qualify two years ago (but deferred and actually ran in 2007). May use it again this year.
Remember that the qualifying stime must be between Jan. 1, 2007 and May 1, 2008.
