So for my capstone (kinda like a senior project but not necassarily for seniors. i'm only a sophomore) I am doing an off season work out program for my cross country team. I am planning to work on base and core, mainly. The problem is, my team kind of sucks and has no motivation. So how can I get them to attend, and make it fun? And what exercises should I use? I am going to do this for about 6 weeks over the summer.
