I'm expecting my second child in April and I've been working out consistently throughout my pregnancy. I've been scaling back lately but still fit in about an hour of light cardio 4-5 times per week.
Can anyone recommend any good workouts to kick-start my attempt to get back into 'real' shape after my child is born? Can you suggest any good 'baby-weight-loss' programs? I'm open to try anything...running, boxing, swimming, cross-training...
