USAT Certified coaches Neil & Laura Fraser from [Tri
program designed to fit the ability and level of fitness of the beginner as well
as the experienced athlete. The Tri and Give (TAG) program trains athletes new to the sport of triathlon or those who want to learn more about
structured training principles, and prepares them for the Wildflower
Olympic-distance triathlon on May 4th, 2008. Proceeds benefit local
Bay Area charities that provide athletic and learning opportunities to
children. TAG will begin February 23, 2008 and run
through to race day May 4, 2008.
- You will receive daily
workouts each week from the coaches as part of this race-specific training
program detailing every phase of your training.
- You will have 3
coached group workouts each week including pool swim sessions, track workouts,
group rides, open water swims and bricks!
- You will have clinics,
seminars, and sessions to cover everything you ever wanted to know about
triathlons or didn’t know you had to know – change a flat, set up for
transition, race and training nutrition, and more!
- You will have access
to the coaches and experts for equipment evaluation and

travel, train and race with the TAG team and GGTC for a great support group and
network of training buddies!
Proceeds of this
program will benefit a local Bay Area charities helping fellow athletes and
kids. Since its inception this program has raised over $50,000 for it’s
beneficiaries while successfully training all TAG participants for Olympic
