Old Cool Running drop down sport menu

I was wondering can we allow users to add sprots to Log as we were able to in Cool Running. Example in Log it lists running, walking, aerobis something called brick, Croos training, etc. It does not list Gold, tennis, Etc. In Cool Running you could edit your profile to add that I can not find that in Active. Also, Cool running gave me a runing total on shoes right in Log. One Last thing has Cool running thought about makeing a CD or DVD and seliing it for say 19.99 or so the Old Cool runing log as a stand alone program??? It could also be made available as a download say for 9.99 COME ON COOL RUNNING HOW ABOUT IT??

He Gene,

I'll try to answer your questions below...

I was wondering can we allow users to add sports to Log as we were able to in Cool Running.

Unfortunately, Active Trainer won't be adding the ability to manually enter in other activities and sports. Manual enters causes our database to become too large and unstable. This is one of the primary reasons CR migrated over to Active. AT will add additional Cross Training activities and other sports over the coming year.

Also, Cool running gave me a running total on shoes right in Log.

Active Trainer is different from the CR log because we support Runners as well as Swimmers, Bikers, etc. A Shoe Log is provided in the Shoe Tracker, it's just not on the Logging page itself.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.

Best,

Geoff

That's a very interesting idea...I'll pass it on to Dave Camire.

Have a great weekend!

Thanks,

Geoff
