Okay so we all know that I am all about points so here goes my post:

My boss has been asking me to put together a workout for him to follow to be able to run 3 miles without being nervous about passing or failing the time. He does not have issues but is not a fast runner. I put together a 2 month cycle of training for him and since have not gone a day without being asked some sorta question. It always makes me laugh when creating a running schedule for people because they always seem to think I am going to try and make them run the number of miles I run. Today he asked me if running 4 miles is really going to help him run 3 miles faster? My next thought and what I actually said was no but if you run 4 miles I will feel better about taking your trash out. Okay to be honest I don't take his trash out but I did tell him it was my feable approach at getting him back. About an hour later I called and told him that I was just kidding and now the guy is out running 4 miles.
