Why is Cool Running not in the Communities drop down menu?

When I went over the Active Site and pulled the menu down to get back to Cool Running, I couldn't. What's goin' on? Thanks for the help!

It is totally inconvenient. I agree. Sorry I haven't responded quicker, I'm just trying to get an answer for this issue. Don't worry it is coming back and I will have an answer for you TODAY!!
