In San Diego, we can swim outdoors nearly year-round. Although I didn't swim in the ocean this winter, I did spend sometime in the pool working on my technique. As ocean temps rise, I've recently began open-water swimming again and I can notice the improvements already.
I think Tip # 2 is something we all can benefit from. I've never been one to incorporate drills into my routine. Do you do drills?
