Some people are weary of taking too many over the counter medications for their injuries like soreness after a run or minor arthritis. I have heard of proven and (not proven) natural alternatives to over- the-counter medicines and was interested to see if you have tried any, what you tried and if it worked or not.
For example, pineapple is supposed to help with inflammation. I have tried this remedy before and think it may have helped, but it could have also been mental. What do you think?
