    Re: Healthiest & Not-So-Healthiest Restaurants

You posted this a long time ago so I'm not sure why no one ever called B.S. on Health.com's healthy restaurant list before now.  Here's just a couple on "America’s Healthiest Restaurants: Our List of the Best Casual Dining Spots" - Denny's, Bob Evans, Ruby Tuesday, Romano Macaroni Grill and Uno Chicago Grill.  Chain restaurants get a bad rap because they provide nutrition information (unlike locally owned places who never seemed to get mentioned in lists like these) but these particular restaurants have some of the least healthy food in America.

However, I think Health.com's attempt at telling people about which restaurants to eat at is much better than the Eat This, Not That  approach of trading unhealthy food for slightly less unhealthy food.  Telling people to eat a 2-Scoop Hot Fudge Sundae instead of a Large Heath Shake (the worst drink/food in the US) is misleading and you can find more bad nutrition recommendations in their lists/books.
