Should I walk during tempo runs?

In my current training plan I have to run a 6 mile tempo run (1 mile warm up, 4 miles @ 8:18, 1 mile cool down). Should I include walk breaks or not?

Re: Should I walk during tempo runs?
My opinion, but I run tempo the way I run a race, and that means walk breaks. I try to keep my walking fast and my goal is to make my overall pace is the same as, or just slightly slower than my anticipated race pace.
