I was fitted in January and bought the Mizuno wave rider 11. I love these shoes, but lately since my mileage has increased, I have a pain in the ball of my left foot. Do you think it is because:
1. I need new shoes
2. I was fitted for the wrong shoes in the first place
3. Poor form
4. increased mileage
5. other???
