This comes a little late in the season for most of us (because why spin on a trainer when you could be outside?!), but . . .
I've been creating and publishing some of my spinning workouts on my blog as podcasts. Like I said, it's past the time when we do a lot of indoor spinning (unless you have to teach cycling classes :-D), but they are there for your use if you would like them!
