If you're in Canada, the one and only screening of "Spirit of the Marathon" is tonight at 7:00 PM local time.  It's a fantastic film that follows 6 runners including Deena Kastor training for a marathon.  It also delves in to the back story of the marathon with interviews from legendary marathoners such as Frank Shorter and Bill Rodgers.  It's a must see for inspiration and appreciation of the sport.  The director is a marathon runner (has run 24 marathons) and a film maker who brought together his passion to create this film.  There will be a live Q&A with the director at the Scotiabank theater in Vancouver after the screening.  To find a theater, go to www.cineplex.com
