Does anyone have this? I developed this last week while I ran a 5 miler. I noticed it when I was using my orthotics and my ankle and inside of my knee on my left started hurting. I finished my run and stretched then I ICE the inside of the knee. I went on line to see what this could be it felt like a muscle or a tendon but what ever it is I felt it big time. I gave it a rest for 2 days and it is much better. I ran 8 miles yesterday and I noticed it very little. I feel it when I extend my foot out straight but it is not bad. Is there any excerises I can do to help this. I DO NOT USE MY ORTHOTICS AT ALL NOW!!! I know this is what caused this big time. I need help!!! I can bend my knee without pain but I notice it when I go down stairs but very little discomfort. Thank you all!!!
