Does any one has experience with High School wrestling requirements?
A high school student, 14 years old, 5'10", 120 pounds. He wants to gain muscle mass and get stronger to join the wrestling team. Question are: Do they have different weight classes? What nutritional strategies would you recommend to a 14 year old. His body fat is 9%. Would you recommend any supplements? I don't have any other way to work on this problem, don't know any one who was in the wrestling team before. Need help to work on this assigment.
