  I wasn't sure what this "older" guy was going to tell us on the video, but this seems like a good tip. I'm going to run it by some of my pitchers and see what they think.

  This is such a simple drill but it gives you the feedback pitchers need to know right away. I love it because you can do it anywhere and you don't need fancy equipment. Thanks for sharing the video!
