  I don't think so. She appears to drag her foot just enough. Even if she was hopping, it appears to be so slight that would rarely get called in a game.

  No. I don't think that would have justified an illegal pitch call. I'm pretty sure 99 out of 100 times no umpire would call that an illegal pitch.
