Has anyone run in the new roclite295 by inov-8? I just ordered them and am waiting for them to arrive in the mail. I run in the roclite 320s and for runs demanding more cushioning and stablity I use either fire roads or rucky chuckys by the north face. The 320s are sized a little small but Inov-8 says the 295s are a hybrid of the roclite's sole and the flyroc's toe box and true to size. I have no expierience with the flyroc. I was just wandering if anyone had any feed back?
Well I got the Inov-8 Roclite 295s in the mail yesterday. I have never had a shoe that felt so perfect for my foot, that felt so already broken in and filled me with a desire to call off work and go for a 4 hour run. ( I went to work and am not allowed to go over a mile and a half YET! ) These are the complete package out of the package. Time will tell how they hold up against the rigors of trail running but I haven't had any problems in the past with inov8. Fit was true to size and perfect toe box room. Surprisingly cushioned ( for inov8 ) and just the best balanced trail shoe I have ever put on my feet out of the box. I'll see how they run tomorrow.
