Do your folks refer to all of your siblings by first and middle name? I know this is somewhat common in the south and even often shortened to just the two initials. For us Yankees, we were often referred to as "little brat", "sh!t head", "rug rat", and "hey you".

They usually shorten the first name and leave the middle name full. "Becky Lynn, Bobby Joe, Betty Lou, Jimmy Dale!"
