Hey Everyone! 



This is my 1st post, and I'm still trying to navigate this site... I have started an online group with friends from all over the US to complete the C25K plan.  NONE of us have run pretty much since we were required to in High School.  :_|   I'm looking for essential stretches and ANY tips to relay to them to make it less intimidating and to pump them up for success.  Any suggestions?  (We start the week of April 28th.)  Thanks!
