Any Los Angeles area teams need an assistant/goalie coach?

Hey all,
I just recently graduated and moved to the Los Angeles area, and I feel like I can't go another year without the wonderful sport of lacrosse in my life!
I have been searching for assistant coaching positions at area high schools but it's been difficult to find teams around the South Bay/LAX area. I've been playing lacrosse since sixth grade and was most recently the starting goalie for the Miami University (Ohio) women's team. It's so excited to see lacrosse becoming one of the most rapidly growing sports on the west coast, and I would love to be a part of it!
Does anyone know of any high school or junior high programs that I could potentially contact? I know we are in the heart of the season right now but I am absolutely available to come on board for fall conditioning and preparation for next spring! If anybody has any information, please feel free to respond on this forum or contact me at amydittoe@hotmail.com. Thanks!
Amy
Amy,
I saw your post. I played lacrosse at University of Richmond and lived in San Diego. I'm back east for a little while now, but still working for Active. That's awesome you are trying to get into coaching. There are a lot of opportunities on the West Coast so hopefully you'll find something. I wanted to send a couple links your way.
Lacrosse Position Vacancies at LaxPower.com
Lacrosse Jobs at InsideLacrosse.com
Laxifieds at WestSideLax.com
Adrenaline Lacrosse at AdrenalineLacrosse.com...I have worked for them for years. It's really fun and they have leagues, camps and clinics in and around LA also.
Let me know if I can help in anyway. Good luck!!
Sara
Thanks, Sara! This is extremely helpful... I'll keep you updated on my search!
Amy, This may be a bit too far South for you, but My Daughter is a Goalie for an up and coming Top-5 San Diego CIF Girls HS Team, and our program definitely needs a dedicated Goalie Coach. If not you, anyone else you know in the area would be most welcome.
Our Goalies did not get the goalie-focused training they needeed to grow throughout the season. Hope you could help. eamil: Thesiegers@san.rr.com.
Thanks, John
