I'm exploring developing a community-wide hooping contest...web based, to raise money to fight diabetes.  I'd like to test the community to find out what the interest is. Registration fee of $15 would get you a custom made hoop and a web page to use for raising money, so much per minute non-stop hooping or a flat amount.  Any ideas on how to promote this to a wide cross section of the community, promoting fun active lifestyles?  Thanks for the feeback.
