Navigating this site; Exercise in futility??

Navigating this site is more difficult than just about ANY site on which I've ever purchased something or registered for something! It's an endless cycle of loops once you've logged in...if one can manage to accomplish even that. One small example is the "upgrade" feature is confounding. Even after you log in properly w/your email address it takes you to the upgrade option AGAIN with no hint of how to actually find something.

I don't know if this site is based on the same theory of why grocery stores don't stock the soup in alphabetical order...meaning Active wants you to spend 20 minutes looping through their site being exposed to ads before you finally figure out how to register.

Midwest Events registration site beats this on 9-ways from Sunday!!!!
