Right. All that time on your tookus takes the pressure off your knees.
It's getting itchy in here. I think my sunburn is coming home to roost. THANK YOU, NASHVILLE!
Running backward is supposed to be beneficial. It's just hard. And you tend to run into things.
We've come this far and it's still the same,
Runnin' out here in the rain.
Just one more mile, if only you could fly.
(Apologies to T. Rush and J. Tempchin, for the paraphrase)

It does work for piriformus, and you only run into things if you're not a mom that has eyes in the back of her head.
I am a mom with eyes in the back of my head, but that only seems to work for checking what Jman is doing rather than where I am going. BUT maybe I can work on that..............

It may be good for piriformis
But offers challenges enormous
Lacking rearview mirrors here
I'd quickly land upon my rear
Seeing Immer upon his rear,
Quickly wells mine eye to tear!
Though forward do I run this race,
Blinded I trip - fall on my face!

That's a stretch there, Ron. Just kidding, very poetic
I wouldn't want to see Immer fall on his rear either. Hopefully he will just run forward.
Something called poetic license applies here.

Oh, I didn't mean for it sound like I was being touchy! Just agreeing with Len is all. It was typed with a smile on my face. ![]()

I know. I was just pulling your chain.
I thought it was a pretty fair turn of phrase myself, leaning only lightly on poetic license.

I saw a lady today while driving. She was running backwards! That was pretty amusing and bizarre. I hope she didn't fall off the curb.
