Should I be adding more to my meals?


I just went shopping yesterday and today this is what I was going to eat

Breakfast oatmeal, peanut butter, egg whites and half a banana

Lunch Tuna sandwich, string cheese and strawberries

Dinner LC meal

So my question is I always hear you need to eat every 3 to 4 hrs so I was wondering what should I add? for snacks?

I eat a lot of fruit for snacks (usually apples, pears, bananas, and oranges) and also I grab handfuls of dry cereal (I like Kashi Go-Lean Crunch) when I feel the need. I'll also eat a small handful of nuts about half an hour before dinner so that I don't get too hungry. Remember that you can take what you were eating and spread it out. For example, if you had the oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast, you could have the banana and peanut butter a few hours later. Same thing with lunch; save the cheese for a snack. I hope this helps.
