I LIKE this running thing!!!
I did Week3 Day 1 yesterday and I made it through fine! I was tired, but not gasping for breath or anything LOL
I've been able to get all but one run done outdoors, and even with the inclines at the park I go to, I'm making it through. I've even brought my 5yr old twice and she rides her bike.
One month from today is a 2mile race at the park I've been running at. I am super slow (right now walking/jogging, it takes me 40min to cover 2miles), but I think I may actually be able to do it without stopping to walk by the time it rolls around.
I'm just really surprised. I don't really like to exercise, I'm really out of shape, but I had to force myself to take today off to rest.
