I know to alot of people a 30 Minute Finish for a 5K race may seen kinda slow,But for a beginer and Im a big guy that fast to me. My last 5K I did it in (38:08) And I was Happy! I running 3 more 5k's Then Im done till next Spring. Im hopeing for my last 5k in Aug 3 2008 The Sound Runner Sea Legs Shuffle. I think by then I can do it in 30 minute Flat. (God Willing) I have one Coming Up this Weekend in Guiford, CT. Cant Wait!
