Knee Pain?
Hi, I am new to running but have always had a somewhat active lifestyle...Mountain Bike racing, Motocross racing...etc. I've been running for only four weeks or so and felt as though I was having tremendous (personal) achievements. After my run on Monday (3.5 miles) I felt great only to discover that my inner knees the next day are not in agreement with my new activity! Here I am third day after and I could run however I can still feel the discomfort.....I was running five days a week (1.5-2 miles) and am now sidelined for the moment in fear of injury. Should I see a doctor, just use rest and approach again (maybe more casually untill my legs get stronger) Any suggestions would be appreciated.
