I ran the 4th leg which consisted of 4.7 miles. I trained for about 4 months running every other day. Should I have trained more for this type of event. I ran the 4.7 miles in 35 min.
35min?. I think you did a great job. I ran 4th leg also and it took me 37min. What is your next plan 10k, half marathon or full marathon. happy running. Nh
Well I'll be training for the harbor half coming up in Oct. but I'll be doing the relay not the whole half marathon not really in great shape to run 13.1 miles.
In Oct? I think you can do the whole half. I am planning to run SA half marathon in Nov. You have a plenty of time to prepare i think. Anyway keep running. NK
