With Toby clearly having the right stuff, we may need some didgeridoo players, clapsticks, and a bonfire as we cheer his cosmic pacing of the sun...........
Okay, that I can do! (or should I say, 'doo.)
Honestly--who here was really surprised that I have a digeridoo and know how to use it? It was either me or Lee....
Someone else suggested eating in honour of Toby. Does this mean I have to eat fish tacos? :-o
m in for 9- yeah!
Spreadsheet forthcoming, stay tuned (and Toby, this might be this week's post for you.....I'll keep you, er, posted. Or email me. Or something.)
Okay, here's what we have so far, plus one donated spreadsheet (so I guess I'm donating backup logistics planning, as usual....)
That is, providing I can successfully attach this thing.
Ok, that's NOT what I wanted to do. I wanted to upload an image of it. But there it is so far anyway. Gah. Grrr. So much for logistics.
I was going to log 11 on Saturday (achilles heel permitting). Working my way up to 13.1, then beyond. If I feel as good Sat as I did last night, 11 is in the cards.
We are over 100 now. But I'll do 1. Woo Hoo.

Wow that was fast!!! Hahaha
I've found that using the rich text editor is best for copy and pasting spreadsheet data if you want to try that

How do you figure? With the 11 just pledged, and yours, that's 78 miles. (I didn't count the 21 miles from Immer, yet...that could be why)
edited: oops, that's 87, not 78. Butterfingers....
Your right, my calculator must have clicked one of em twice. But I still got 94 with my whopping 1 mile! LOL
Or 95. If you take Len's High instead of low.
Count me in for 13 on Sunday. I'm thinking about you and running for you. Good luck Toby!!
I'm doing a trail race this weekend that I would be more than happy to dedicate to Toby. 4.5 miles of tree roots and rocks for me!!
I just looke at my schedule back to Mississippi and have decide to contribute some miles. We get off the train at 5:45 and will then run 15 miles go catch a nap get upa dn watch the prefontaine classic and then drive 6-7 hours back to Mississippi. 15 for Toby and all other ultra runners on the course. I am proud of this group of people.

This is much like being at the Texas Steakhouse with a fistful of twenties and three credit cards. Right now we're up to......119.5 miles for Toby! Plus a loaf of bread, or whatever it is I'm actually pledging.
Hopefully it will be a nice day and I can pledge some kayaking miles or something. Or maybe a walk. I'm sort of almost allowed to walk. Toby, will you accept walking miles as miles covered?
