Transition to running

This is going to sound really stupid, but how do you guys tie your shoes...no, don't rub your eyes, you really just read that.

Here is my problem...after the bike, my hands are somewhat shakie and i fumble around for the laces. So, do you guys leave them partially tied...I really have no clue.

Thanks in advance

might want to look at your bike fit at your local bike shop to alleviate the numb hands thing. also you can get a pair or lace lock or yankz they are these cool elastic shoelaces w/ a little lock that a lot quicker and easier to fasten than your regular shoelaces

Speed laces. You just pull on them to tighten. I've also heard them called Triathlon laces.
