That was a very good video thanks for posting.  I especially liked the part about using an ACE bandage to wrap the glove. If you only knew how many little league players at the start of the season had shoe string marks on their gloves it would make you laugh.

Last year, I put the ball in the pocket of the glove, then cinched a belt really tightly around it for two weeks. I also did it every night after practice, so by the time we started playing weekly games, my brand new glove was pretty well broken in. I've also seen some people just leave it outside in the elements. In the past, I've obsessively used glove conditioner, but the belt method worked way better.
