Ever since I ran the 100 miler earlier this month, my Mom has been working out on a daily basis. She said I inspired her to resume exercising and she hasn't missed a workout since! She has been asking me all sorts of questions about eating before her workout and run/walk pacing so I send her relevant articles whenever I come across them and think she'll benefit from reading.
