Hi! I'm training for my first marathon (11/08). I'm in the beginning of my training and already expriencing pain on the front of the leg, but I don't think it's the shin because it's up closer to the knee, but not the knee. It's a tender, slightly raised area to the touch when I walk and just sitting here. I laid off the running this past week to no avail. I don't feel relief. Any ideas? I'm wanting to be consistent w/the training, but injury free...of course! Help!
