Awesome article! There are some great suggestions in this article. Eating healthy can get expensive, but it's not impossible. I'm going to add black beans, carrots, and yogurt to the list. I buy the large containers of organic vanilla nonfat yogurt for 3.50 -- less than a buck per serving.
Thanks Toby! It's nice to know that almost everything on that list is a food that I like - but I still refuse to drink that horrible liquid known as coffee.
