ankle
well ive been running past 3-4 weeks with a ankle that has a throbbing pain on the outside bone bump, if you know what im tlaking about, if not i can explain better. but few days ago when i was running my 6 mile race pace run, my ankle had a ripping feeling instead of a throbbing pain. anything to worry bout? i iced my ankle a few times bout 2 weeks ago, no mroe than 2 times tho. i usually run 7 days a week. but since i got the ripping feeling, i have decided to just take the rest of my summer off (3weeks) and rest til schoo lstarts then just get in shape during XC practice. right decision?
